My Complaint Is Responded

Yup, have you registered to be a member of GFF or Garuda Frequent Flyer ??
Actually, i have registered last year as far as i remember. But i had a problem. I forgot my GFF number. I didin't write it, or i forgot where i wrote it. So, i couldn't log in to my account.

Next, i registered again. For this time i did it and there is confirmation to my email from GFF Center if my registration is successful.

"we believe that your current details already exist on our current database as GFF temporary member with number XXXXXX" .....................

That is the confirmation .....
Sorry, i don't write the confirmation wholely...but the point is, because i ever registered before, so when i registered again, GFF  recognized my identity.... at the last they told me like this :

"we could not process your new regsitration further because one member only allowed to having only one GFF membership"....

What is that mean?
Yup, when i tried to log into my account, there is announcement disable and account is locked... i thought it was because i registered twice.  And their last confirmation to me implies it..

I didin't stop, i wrote my complaint to GFF:
"My GFF Number XXXX But I can't log in with my password.... can you tell me my password"?

What makes me surprised was, they replied my complaint.
"Please be informed that you can log in GFF website using your GFF Number XXXX as your User ID  and you can use your XXXXX as password with XXXX" ...

Then, i did what they told me. Unfortunately,  i couldn't log in again...so, i  sent my complaint again.
"i have used my GFF number and XXXX as the password but still i can't log in. what's wrong? i read there is statement "account is locked" ...what happens? thanks"....

I know exactly they will respond again and yes it happened.

"We already reset your password, you can try to log in with username your GFF number XXXXX and your password XXXX"...

Hm... yeah, they gave me new number.....and when i tried to log in with my new number it was susccessful.

Here i wanna say again thanks for all your (GFF Center) responds to my complaints.....
I thought they wouldn't reply my complaints....., if they respond to my complaints, it means they are professional....
So my friends, if you got the trouble, just send  email to the Costumer  Complaint...
They won't answer your complaint directly, but wait in two days ahead ya....They will surely answer your complaint.

Later,  what is the benefit to get the membership of GFF?
Yup, here is the benefit ...

Oh yeah there are many types of GFF tiers....it depends on how many times you fly with GIA...

Yup, based on the table, you can get a Silver GFF card if your flight with GIA has reached 10 times. and so on....


How to get the GFF Card ?
  1.  First you have to register. You can do it with log onto GFF website or you fill in the form from the magazine that they provide in the plane.
  2. Keep the piece of paper that contain your GFF number if you fill in the form from the magazine....if you register through website write your GFF Number... 
  3. If you wanna flight, don't forget at the airport you stop at the GFF center and ask the officer to send your GFF card to your requested address. They will send your GFF number in two months. 
  4. Dont forget to mention your GFF number evertyime you check in to earn miles.

NB:  I register to get the benefit of their offering and just use the oportunity effectively.... see, perhaps someday i can get award ticket :)
